Shipping policy

At KozyKuddle, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible so that you and your child can enjoy your new products without delay. We currently offer delivery to addresses in Australia.

Transit Time:

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days with a cut-off time of 17:00 (AEST).

Delivery Time:

To ensure that your order arrives safely, we work with reliable shipping partners. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow the status of your delivery. Shipping usually takes 7–10 business days.

We may also offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount. You can find more information about our shipping options and applicable shipping costs during the checkout process.

Shipping cost:

There is a flat rate of 3.95 AUD on all orders.
